At Bonpoint, we take pride in the quality of our creations and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition. All returns must be sent back with original tags attached and in their signature packaging to ensure a full refund.
Request a Return
Log into your Bonpoint account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items in their original Bonpoint box, ensuring all labels and protective packaging are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original package or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the box, covering any old shipping marks.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
